Goodville Mutual Casualty Company, a Property and Casualty insurance company in New Holland, Pennsylvania, is seeking an Assistant Director of Human Resources to perform a variety of HR duties, including assisting with the hiring process, new employee orientation, employee welfare and benefits, education and training, employee files, and employee related activities and events. Qualified candidates will have three or more years of experience in Human Resources management as well as prior supervisory experience or the ability to supervise assigned staff. SPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP certifications required. This is a full-time job, available immediately, and will be performed in our New Holland office.
