Multicultural Student Outreach Coordinator
Multicultural Student Outreach Coordinator supports retention efforts through working collaboratively with campus departments and community agencies to provide programs and services that support the diverse needs of underrepresented student populations. This position assumes primary responsibility for student programming and services to enhance academic and social integration by improving academic performance and overall student experiences. Through outreach and programming, this position aims to increase retention to positively sustain a multicultural campus culture.
A Master’s Degree in Higher Education, Psychology, or related field is preferred. A Bachelor’s Degree in Higher Education, Psychology, or related field is required.
