Must be comfortable with in home presentations and have a proven track record of closing deals while working independently.

Represent Home ReNu and its mission with the utmost integrity and passion
Self-generate new business and participate in the sales cycle from initial contact to install
Design systems face to face with home owners using a consultative approach
Close deals in client homes
Analyze customers’ current/future electrical usage and design a system based on data collected
Present the benefit of solar to homeowners, and close deals on these basis: home value increase, ROI, Rebates, Customer owned systems vs. Lease/PPA options, Sale and Push value of our products.
Organization is key to keep track of your customers sale cycle
Coordinate with designated project manager to determine status of your customer's projects
Motivation and a high degree of professionalism
Work with a minimal amount of supervision
Successful track record of exceeding sales targets, building a new book of business and growing a market
Customer service skills required
Outgoing individual who enjoys social settings
Comfortable with in home presentations
Must have an entrepreneurial personality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, as well as the ability to work in a team environment
Reliable and predictable attendance required
Ability to work Tue – Fri: 12 pm to 8 pm & Saturday - 10 am to 6 pm
Valid state driver’s license, and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
