Precision Document Solutions is looking for an experienced Regional Service Manager on a full time / direct hire basis and be located within the greater Northeast Region (NY, NJ, VA, MD, DC, PA). This role will play a crucial role in the coordination of a team of Client Specific Laser Printer Technicians. This role is responsible for the hiring, training, strategy and performance of client specific field technicians with a keen focus on Client Satisfaction and SLA attainment. Mange Supervisors and Lead Technicians in regional markets
Ensure proper staffing levels throughout region
Manage region’s service performance and ensure all SLAs are met
Monitor and follow-up as needed with all pertinent reporting (open calls, inventory variances, productivity, scheduling, call performance, profitability)
Ensure compliance of all company policies, processes and documentation throughout region
Oversee technician training, and ensure proper cross training of staff
Set up new service capabilities (warehouse, staffing, inventory levels) in new markets
Interact with Clients and ensure the highest level of overall customer satisfaction
Work closely and collaborate with Sales, Accounting and Administration departments to ensure ongoing continual improvement
- This is a HIGHLY VISIBLE position and will be responsible for clients within the grater DC, NC, Kentucky, NY, New England.
MUST have experience managing a team of Field Printer Technicians (preferred) and/or Field Engineers in at least 2 geographically dispersed markets.
MUST have Printer Repair / Managed Services Industry experience
- Minimum 4 years of Field service (printer, copier, scanner) experience - Required
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience, including hiring and training team members, overseeing and ensuring employee performance and procedural enhancement - Required
Effective leadership skills
Proficient with Microsoft office products
Proven ability to handle multiple priorities, while consistently enhancing the customer experience
Ability to create a high quality team environment that promotes achievement of goals and efficient communication
Strong organization, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
Approximate travel 45-55%
Comp: Ideal range is = $73-$80k + Medical/ Dental/ Vision + 401K + $15K Life Insurance policy + Standard PTO and paid holidays
