We’re looking for an outgoing, friendly, driven, and hardworking , customer-oriented, person, for our Customer Service Representative role. Delivering above-average customer support is extremely important to our company mission, so you'll be filling a crucial role.
You'll work in cooperation with our sales team and Marketing manager to provide an excellent holistic experience with our customers. Look forward to bonding with our customers and helping us build relationships that truly demonstrate how much we care.
Customer Service Representative and Communications Assistant Responsibilities:
This role reports to our Customer Service Manager. Tasks will include:
- Respond to customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in onboarding of new customers
- Engaging with customers to ensure they are satisfied
- Communicating customer feedback to management
- Proactively seek opportunities to engage with new and existing customers to improve their experience with our platform
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues. Work with our development and product managers to resolve any issues and relay updates back to the customer.
- Present benefits of our product and service offerings
Customer Service Representative and Communications Assistant Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Post-Secondary study in Business, Sales, or Marketing considered an asset, but not required
- 1 or more years of previous experience in customer service is considered a strong asset
- Organization abilities and multitasking
- Professional, concise and engaging communication- both written and verbal
