Job Description ~
Year round outdoor field assembly of pre-manufactured metal building systems consisting of framing, roof and wall coverings.
Must be in good physical shape with good agility, balance, eyesight and depth perception.
Exposed to very hot / cold weather - conditions may be hazardous at times including wet, icy, or windy.
Exposed to working at heights. (In an aerial lift or on the roof – with fall protection)
Safety equipment to be worn and used properly at all times.
Proper attire – steel toe boots, long jeans, short sleeve t-shirt, Hi-Vis, Hard Hat, Safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.

Ability to function independently or in a crew
Capability to use basic hand tools
Willingness to learn & follow directions
Ability to recognize unsafe conditions
Handle heavy physical work in all weather conditions
Pay Period – Weekly
OT – over 40 hours (Work week is Sunday – Saturday)
OT – weekends
Travel / per diem – Work cycles vary and may consist of the following scenarios:
o Work cycle 11 days on 3 days off
o 5 or 6 days on – travel out of town
o Daily commute for local jobsites when available
Orientation ~ 2 days training - paid
