We currently have an exciting opportunity available to work for a Global Leader in the Flavor & Fragrance Industry as a customer service representative in Middlesex, NJ. Interested candidates must be polished, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Our client offers an outstanding work environment and advancement opportunities for select individuals.
Assist with all aspects of customer including invoicing of orders in the morning. Carrier quotes, entering orders (customer PO's) into our system and confirming orders, scanning invoice files to our Cranbury location (accounting dept), occasional follow up with customers via email, regarding order status, preparing Pricing Letters when requested, scanning copies of invoices to sales/broker for accounts. Filing of invoice packets.
Self-motivated, detail oriented, comfortable working in a fast paced environment, proficient with word,
excel and scanning. Prefer experience with access system or similar system (Sage or SAP), willing to train.
Comfortable answering the outside line when needed as back-up. Good communicator both email and
in person. Plays nice with others
Hours are 8:00 am- 4:00 pm, Monday- Friday
