We are looking for a Part-Time Maintenance Technician for the Lewistown, PA area can live in surrounding areas.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Servicing, troubleshooting and maintaining air compressors and related accessories.
Provide detailed failure analysis as well as equipment/system recommendations to improve reliability and/or performance.
Completing work reports detailing work performed.
Projecting a positive and professional image of Air Technologies to customers, vendors and co-workers.
Qualifications for this position include:
High school diploma with technical background and coursework and/or two year technical school enrollment or certificate, or related job experience; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent technical and mechanical skills
Knowledge of electro- pneumatic control systems and ability to decipher wiring schematics and troubleshoot the control system.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Valid driver's license with good driving record
A self-starter and highly motivated person
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and organized work habits allowing unsupervised work.
A commitment to the concept of "doing it right the first time."
Must lift up to 65 lbs.
Must be able to stand, lift, bend for long periods of time.
Must be able to be willing to be "On Call” on an as needed basis.
