Lifescan located in Chesterbrook, Pennsylvania is looking to hire for a Service Cloud Business Analyst.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
Interact with global business stakeholders, conduct analysis and document business processes, functions, capabilities, requirements, etc.
Solicit client requirements using walk-through, document analysis, storyboards, use case scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
Analyze and interpret business and user requirements into functional requirements and specifications that have an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by the development implementation and testing teams
Translate and simplify requirements Assist business to select requirements based on global alignment, Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and clear business priorities
Serve as a liaison between the business and IT Services: Developers and Testers and Trainers
Verify that the implemented solution meets the requirements
Identify and articulate the need for change and assessing the impact of the change
Support project managers to ensure key deliverables are met in an accurate timely manner assisting in the troubleshooting of problems and issues; make recommendations and provide alternative solutions when it applies
Leverage technical architects and factor in architectural planning into decisions and recommendations
Assist support engineers with critical issues that have been escalated.
Systems and data in scope End-to-end data flows from Salesforce to integrated systems
Customer Service functions in Salesforce.com, e.g.
Enquiries, Complaints, Orders, Campaigns, Surveys
Sales BI /Analytics tools and capabilities
Monitoring and testing capabilities that provide continuous end-to-end health checks
Own your area of responsibility by providing guidance and leadership to all team members.
Work with and through all team members e.g.
Business Owners, Project manager, other Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Developers, Testers, SQA to ensure key deliverables are met in an accurate timely manner within budget and adhering to Quality process
Adopt a Global-Enterprise mindset. Think beyond your area of responsibility; collaborate with other IT colleagues to achieve integrated cross-platform business-enabling IT solutions
Contribute to the outcome of supporting functions and tools e.g.
Service Management Office and collaboration tools to improve your experience of managing your responsibilities
