We are looking for an experienced multi-tasker with excellent bookkeeping and administrative skills.
- Candidates should excel at and enjoy providing courteous and timely financial data
processing and recordkeeping for a diverse client base. To be successful in this cross functional
position, candidates will also possess a genuine desire to provide administrative and growth
strategy support to the company president.
Current workload is approximately 16-20 hrs week and may include some local travel, onsite and remote work. Flexibility is key!
To perform this job successfully, candidates must have and be able to demonstrate competencies in:
o AR/AP entry, bill payment and invoicing, general ledger management
o Preparation of financial statements, payroll processing, sales tax reporting
o Assist with cash flow management and project work such as reconstruction of data or initial setup.
We appreciate a great employee, therefore compensation is competitive. $16+/hr to start.
