Solomon Page is retained by a large health services company to find a leader to oversee Training and Instructional Design across an Operations organization exceeding 2000 FTEs. The role is responsible for the design, development and delivery of all operational/call center training and knowledge management programs, including developing state of the art instructional and training materials, using the best technology and methodologies.
Reporting to the leader of all Operations, this executive will oversee training programs for new employees as well as ongoing training for existing employees across Claims Centers, Call Centers, and BPO partners. The position leads an organization of 40+ employees and has oversight of training of external vendor partners worldwide. Leadership and mentoring of staff is critical, and best candidates will have extensive training development experience, with solid understanding of adult learning techniques. Previous experience in the healthcare industry is preferred, but not required. Experience with the most progressive companies in consumer, retail, financial services, BPO or other high touch, customer focused businesses is strongly preferred.
The position requires relocation to New Jersey, and it includes top compensation including cash bonus program in a very stable, high growth environment.
