-Setting tables properly, following diagrams, setting with adaptive equipment.
-Knowledge of modified diets.
-Preparing for meal service: Cold food prep, pouring beverages, bread and butter and assisting to get meals to designated areas.
-Communicate concerns to management.
-Food safety and sanitation procedures are followed daily.
-Be available to work weekends & holidays.
