Experienced RESTAURANT CHEF needed for upscale fine dining establishment.
Meal preparation and production of high volume facility. Flexible hours include days, nights and weekends. Position will assist in the supervision and training of kitchen staff as well as recipe and menu creation. Applicants must possess effective communication and service skills as well as maintain exemplary sanitation and food handling practices. Professional manner and appearance a must.
Experienced SOUS CHEF Responsibilities include:
Follow documented recipes and maintain the high quality of food production, presentation and taste that has been established in our company. Maintain a clean and sanitary work area. Perform additional tasks as requested by the Executive Chef or Manager as needed. Ability to thrive in a fast paced and busy work environment. Supervise entire kitchen staff including but not limited to dish staff, stewards, porters, line cooks, prep cooks, restaurant chefs.
Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
