Rosie currently operates in 22 states and is quickly expanding. Each new grocer with
whom Rosie partners goes though an “On-boarding” process to launch Online Shopping.
The Rosie On-boarding Team guides Retailers through this process and is responsible for
completing many of the internal operational tasks that the process requires.
As an On-boarding Specialist your primary responsibility will be to lead Retailers through
the on-boarding process. This includes weekly status calls with store management
teams, detailed account management, working internally with our Product, Development
and Marketing teams, manually configuring Retailer settings and much more.
Your performance goals will focus on three areas: Net Promoter Score (NPS), Speed and
1.NPS is listed first as it is the most important. Outside of the Sales Team, the
On-boarding Team is the first interaction any Retailer has with Rosie. A Retailer’s
experience during the on-boarding process greatly impacts their first impression of
Rosie and their willingness to refer other Retailers to Rosie. The On-boarding
Specialist must ensure that the Retailer has an exceptional experience by
managing expectations and following through.
2. Second is speed. Every week that passes after a grocer partners with Rosie, but
hasn’t launched the service, is missed revenue for both the grocer and Rosie. The
on-boarding process takes time, but you are responsible for driving this process as
quickly as possible.
3. Third is excellence. The on-boarding process is complex, involves many
stakeholders (externally and internally), and requires a steady hand. You must be
able to concisely explain detailed processes to retailers, stay organized as you
onboard many Retailers at once, accurately execute repetitive tasks and clearly
communicate a Retailer’s status
