Growing Trenton Based Information Technology Company seeks an enthusiastic and motivated entry-level Customer Service Representative. Duties include process/monitor/track/support orders, support accounts receivable and provide administrative, clerical and sales support. Must be highly organized, have excellent computer/data entry skills, excellent written/verbal communication, understand basic math concepts and have a willingness to always help our customers get the answers they need. Customer Service Rep will manage all inbound customer services calls and emails. Even-keeled, upbeat and optimistic personality is required. Knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft Office skills.
Position is Full time – Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM
