MANAGER OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND DATA SYSTEMS
Responsibilities include: Ensuring that all staff (certified and non-certified) comply with DOE certification regulations; facilitating the onboarding of all newly hired staff; updating, maintaining and ensuring that the position control roster complies with DOE requirements; recruiting district personnel, transfers, promotions; oversee the maintenance and
confidentiality of all personnel files; using district systems to track employee compliance with board policy as it relates to attendance, working hours, leaves of absences, including FMLA; assisting as needed, with grievance investigations; participating, as needed, with contract
negotiations pertaining to affiliated and non-affiliated employees; attendance at monthly board and committee meetings; collaborating with the business administrator to ensure all district employees are identified and budgeted; maintaining district mandatory training and
evaluation records; and updating district data base systems, including; NJ SMART, Genesis, KRONOS, Systems 3000, School Report Card, AESOP.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred; knowledge of federal and state labor laws; experience is school district human resources; and knowledge of NJ SMART, Genesis, KRONOS, Systems 3000, School Report Card, AESOP, New Jersey Homeroom.

Responsibilities include: Assisting the Manager of Human Resources; maintaining confidential personnel files; and general office management responsibilities
Qualifications: High school diploma; experience in office management; knowledge of office computer technology software; and Human Resource experience A+
