AAO is currently seeking an innovative individual that demonstrates significant ingenuity in problem solving for the position of Business Development Manager - High Speed Interconnects. The Business Development Manager's responsibility will be working with strategically targeted customers focused on the Aerospace & Defense Markets. Successful candidate will work with Amphenol Product Marketing, Application Engineering, Program Managers, Customer Service Representatives & Business Unit Management teams. These accounts are target rich with interconnect products and generally will have three or more Amphenol Business Units currently booking significant business. Maintain and grow current business and relationships and leverage our position to get other products from other business units sold at the account..
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electrical Technology or Electronics Engineering is required
- 2-5 years’ experience
- Able to travel 50% (domestic and international)
- Strong interest in developing the front end of the business
- Motivated and outgoing
- Strong communications skills
